Diversity and Inclusion: Intuit's Employee Networks
Participating in an employee network is a great way to get involved at Intuit. The networks are formed and driven by employees with common interests and are open to all Intuit employees. Employee networks help employees across Intuit to be the best they can be by providing peer mentoring, coaching, leadership and networkingopportunities and professional and personal development. Since 2005, six employee networks have formed so far, with more to come!

The Intuit Women's Network helps women be the best they can be through role modeling, peer mentoring, peer coaching, networking opportunities, skill development, and by capturing the "voice of women" and acting upon that voice within the company.
The Intuit LGBT Networks taps the unrealized potential of our LGBT workforce, markets, and communities so that our environment invites and allows LGBT employees to be fully engaged, self-expressed and leaders in their areas of responsibility.

Intuit's African American Network inspires a supportive business community that empowers Intuit's African-American employees to do great things inside and outside of Intuit. The AAN is committed to leadership and development, driving a diverse pipeline of talent, and partnering with Intuit's We Care and Give Back team to support the needs of the communities we live in.
The Next Generation Network is Intuit's newest network, and is committed to creating an environment where early career employees smoothly transition into the workforce and receive the support they need ... and have a lot of fun in the process! NGN is focused on creating opportunities for members to develop, socialize and innovate.
