Product Development: (Positions at all levels)

Experience designing and developing application using Java, C++, C#, and C
Experience developing consumer-oriented shrink-wrapped software and/or web applications, including user interface design experience

Quality Assurance: (Positions at all levels)

Experience working with tools and technologies such as WinRunner, Silk, SQA Team test, Silk Performer, etc.
Analyze requirements, develop detailed test strategy and test plans for software releases
Works closely with engineers to ensure the feature/product achieves desired level of quality
Influence the inclusion of testability during design and development

Engineering Management:

Drive significant year-over-year improvements in product quality, software process effectiveness, and PD team productivity
Solid management experience leading a team of Software and QA engineers and other cross-functional team members
