Sanket Atal in his role as the Managing Director of Intuit India Development Center plays a strategic role in Intuit’s mission of powering prosperity around the world. He leads a team of over 1000 talented employees who deliver key innovations for products including QuickBooks, TurboTax and Mint that delight millions of small business, self-employed customers and consumers around the world. He also launched Intuit Circles, Intuit’s first startup program, focused on powering the prosperity of startups and has won awards for his contributions to the startup ecosystem. Intuit is consistently recognized as one of India’s Best Companies to Work for by the Great Place to Work Institute and The Economic Times including the #1 ranking in 2017.

Sanket has a wealth of experience leading and growing global development centers. In his previous role as Group Vice President at Oracle Corporation, in addition to being responsible for the R&D organization he also founded the, Oracle Startup Cloud Accelerator (OSCA) program in Bengaluru and led the expansion to nine centers in seven countries. Prior to this he has led the India Technology Center for CA Technologies in Hyderabad and was also Chief Technology Officer of MakeMyTrip.com, India’s largest online travel company.

Sanket holds an MBA from University of Oregon and an MS in Computer Science from University of Wisconsin, Madison. His undergraduate studies were at Cornell University where he studied Computer Science and Mathematics. His passion for innovation has resulted in him holding multiple patents.
