Sarah Margolis-Greenbaum is a Technical Data Analyst for Customer Connect, a research operations team at Intuit. Sarah has led Intuit’s outreach toward the Deaf and hard-of hearing communities, including authoring interpreter protocol and captioning programs, and promoting inclusive onboarding and a centralized accommodation process. She holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
