Tracy Stone is the Director for Tech Women @Intuit, which is a strategic initiative sponsored by the CTO and CDEIO to attract, engage and develop technical women. In this role, she works with the leadership team and technologists to develop the strategy and a portfolio of impactful programs to drive increased diversity and inclusion in tech. Tracy has a degree in Computer and Electrical Engineering and has years of engineering and leadership experience at tech companies, including leading software development and technical program management teams.
Before joining Intuit, Tracy paused her tech career to take care of her kids for 5 years. During that time, she co-founded and was the executive director for a non-profit, dedicated to increasing the number of girls exposed to STEM at the elementary and middle school level.
In her current role, she regularly facilitates Leading Inclusively workshops for leaders across Intuit, championing an inclusive leadership mindset. Tracy is also a global leader for the Intuit Women’s Network, loving the opportunity to tap into her passion for empowering and advancing women employees and customers around the globe.
