At Intuit, proud maker of TurboTax and QuickBooks, we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to prosper. We’re dedicated to providing the tools, skills, and insights that empower people around the world to take control of their finances and live the lives they want.

As we prepare for the coming year, we’re reflecting on what we’ve achieved so far — as the progress we’ve made helps guide us on what to do next.

Check out these 3 areas where we’re proud to have received recognition for in the past months:

Our Commitment to Sustainability & Social Impact
We’re incredibly proud to receive the #1 spot on Fortune’s Future 50 Sustainability All Stars list. Fortune gave us an environmental score of 96.0, thanks in large part to sustained efforts to reduce our carbon footprint. We’ve put in a lot of work here so far, outpacing our goals significantly and are proud to be carbon neutral since 2015. We fight for sustainability because without a healthy planet, no one can prosper.

Because of our stellar growth as a company and dedication to making the world a better place, we were also named among Investor’s Business Daily’s ranking of Best Companies For Environmental, Social And Governance Values and on Wall Street Journal’s list of Best-Managed Companies of 2019.

Providing the best financial products and services is important to our company mission, but we also take pride in being good neighbors and global citizens. That’s why Newsweek recognized us on their list of America’s Most Responsible Companies. Establishing Intuit as a leader in diversity and inclusion and positive environmental impact didn’t happen overnight; it took a company-wide effort and we’re so thankful to each of our 9,000 employees for the work that they’ve done here this year.

Fostering a Diverse, Inclusive & Balanced Work Environment
We believe that employees with a wide range of life experiences can bring new ideas and perspectives to the table, so the best ideas can rise to the top. Thanks to our entire workforce, Intuit was #7 on Business Insider’s list of Best Companies for Working Women. We’re proud of the work we’ve done to drive innovation through diversity, and it’s manifested in initiatives like maternity and adoption leave, championing equal opportunities for our employees through returnships, and increasing female representation in leadership.

We’re also incredibly thankful to be recognized for our work supporting employees across the board: Best Workplace for Parents, Top 10 Companies That Treat Employees Best, Happiest Employees, and Companies With The Best Work-Life Balance.

Constantly Innovating
When we invest in our employees, we’re able to make significant strides towards improving our products to address our customers’ financial needs. Thanks to this diversity of ideas and innovative efforts from our employees worldwide, Fortune ranked us #21 on their Future 50 list.

As 2019 comes to a close, we’re proud of every one of our employees who have helped get us to where we are today, where we’ll go in the next decade, and beyond. We know that together we prosper, and we are extremely grateful for every one of our customers and employees.
