We’re dedicated to providing the tools, skills, and insights that empower people around the world to take control of their finances and live the lives they want. In August, Fast Company named Intuit on their list of the 50 best workplaces for innovators, highlighting our customer-success teams who drive innovation by opening new customer service call centers in communities to help create jobs for economies affected by downturns. We dedicate our efforts to evening the odds in areas of unequal economic opportunity by using company resources to add new jobs, teach new skills, and help local businesses prosper. We also earned two awards that showcase the newest generation of Intuit employees. Fortune, in partnership with Great Places to Work, named us the 28th best large workplace for millennials. On working at Intuit, an anonymous employee said, “I find it unique that Intuit allows its employees to not only submit suggestions and feedback, but also acts on them when appropriate. I have never worked for a place which allows professional employees to be themselves without hesitation.” Inspiring employees to innovate also helped us earn a spot on WayUp’s 2019 list of the top 100 internship programs. All Intuit employees are encouraged to use 10% of their working hours as unstructured time devoted to projects they are passionate about because forward thinking ideas form the future of our company. Lastly, Brand Keys, Inc. surveyed over 5,000 consumers and named Intuit as number two on their list of the top 10 brands in tech innovation. Customer-driven innovation drives the products we deliver, but none of us can do it alone. That’s why our platform integrates vital partners – such as accountants, developers, financial institutions, and more – so together we can deliver benefits that matter the most in our customers’ lives.
