At Intuit, proud maker of TurboTax, QuickBooks, and Mint, we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to prosper. We’re dedicated to providing the tools, skills, and insights that empower people around the world to take control of their financial lives.
A new decade brings more opportunities to evolve and continue to ensure we’re creating an inclusive and innovative workplace. That’s why we’re so proud of the awards that we’ve won in the past few months.
We’re Among the Best Places to Work!
We believe that work shouldn’t be just a job – that’s why we put so much emphasis on building workplaces where our employees can do the best work of their lives, delivering on our commitment to powering prosperity around the world. We’re proud to be one of Glassdoor’s best places to work, an employee-selected award.
Our employees around the world are what make Intuit a great place to work! That’s why we are so honored to be included on Fortune’s lists of the world’s most admired companies and best large workplaces in the bay area.
Fostering a Diverse & Inclusive Work Environment
We believe that you’re able to do the best work of your life when you can to bring your whole self to work. That’s why we’re thrilled about our first-ever inclusion on Bloomberg’s Gender-Equality Index. To earn a spot on this index, Bloomberg assesses our commitment to gender equality through policy development, representation, and transparency. Initiatives like maternity and adoption leave, championing equal opportunities for our employees through returnships, and increasing female representation in leadership are some of our ongoing efforts in support of championing equity and we’ve only just begun.
Our commitment to creating inclusive workplaces is also seen by our inclusion on Forbes’ list of America’s best employers for diversity. We were also on Comparably’s list of 50 best places for women to work. To make this list, Comparably analyzed key aspects of workplace culture, including fair compensation, work-life balance, employee benefits, leadership, and career opportunities.
We recently received a prestigious honor celebrating our commitment to LGBTQ representation in the workplace. The Human Rights Campaign Foundation named us on their best places to work list for LGBTQ equality. Earning a top score of 100 on their Corporate Equality Index is especially important to us, because it reflects our dedication to building a safe, inclusive culture for all employees.
Leadership That Inspires Innovation
A critical element to any successful workplace is a strong leadership team. Our leadership team earned the following honors.
The Org named us among the 23 tech companies with the most gender diverse executive teams this January. At Intuit, our executive leadership consists of 40% women. We believe that it’s crucial to represent a diversity of backgrounds and experiences at the executive level if we want to truly reflect and understand our customer base and employees.
Additionally, our CEO, Sasan Goodarzi, was named to Comparably’s list of the 15 best CEOs of 2019. Sasan became our CEO on January 1, 2019, so we’re excited to celebrate a great first year! As we move into the new decade, we realize that there is still much more work to be done and we pause to celebrate just how far we’ve come towards accomplishing our mission of powering prosperity worldwide.
