Intuit today announced that Tyler Cozzens, currently serving as Deputy General Counsel, has been named General Counsel, effective at the end of the current fiscal year. He will succeed Kerry McLean, who is retiring at the end of July after more than 20 years of dedicated service to the company.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kerry joined Intuit in 2006, when the company\u2019s legal and governance needs looked fundamentally different than they do today. Over two decades, including seven and a half years as General Counsel, she helped guide Intuit through some of the most consequential moments in its history. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tyler Cozzens joined Intuit more than 20 years ago, and has spent his career building deep expertise across nearly every part of the business. He has served as chief counsel for TurboTax and ProConnect, led legal for Intuit\u2019s global payments and banking businesses, and most recently served as Deputy General Counsel, overseeing mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate governance, and intellectual property across the enterprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
