It\u2019s radically changed buyer and seller dynamics. Today\u2019s customers expect companies to anticipate their needs and expectations, and won\u2019t hesitate to take their business elsewhere if their they aren\u2019t met. In fact, technology makes it easier than ever for them to do just that.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The implication is clear: embrace technology to your company\u2019s advantage, or fall behind.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Most small businesses (fewer than 20 employees) understand this: 67% agree or strongly agree that using new technology effectively is key to their company\u2019s survival and growth.
