They were a time of unfulfillment and depression\u2014so much so that she set a date to take her own life. Then she found meditation and the ability to find inner peace and happiness. It changed her life. It saved her life. Today, Dina has found her bliss in coaching others in meditation. \u201cI started helping people,\u201d she says. \u201cThat\u2019s where I found something that I really loved to do.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dina Proctor\u2019s 20s were difficult.
