Using the metaverse to reach Gen Z <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

84% of Gen Z in the US play Roblox<\/a>, but only 1 in 4 high school students have access to personal finance courses. So, we thought\u2014what better platform than Roblox to introduce Gen Z to important financial concepts in a way they\u2019ll care about?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In February 2023, the NFL launched Super NFL Tycoon<\/a> on Roblox, presented by Intuit. It allows users to experience the fantasy of being an NFL team owner and practice essential financial and business skills with Intuit\u2019s help, including managing payroll, cash flow, taxes, and customer acquisition. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe\u2019re committed to finding innovative ways to expose more young people to financial literacy tools\u2026The metaverse provides an age-appropriate environment to introduce younger people to important financial concepts in a fun and engaging way,\u201d explains Lara Balazs, Intuit\u2019s chief marketing officer and general manager of Strategic Partner Group. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Making real-world financial literacy tools easily accessible<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The World Economic Forum<\/a> named financial literacy one of the top durable skills every student needs to succeed. In schools where more than 75% of students are economically disadvantaged, only 1 in 20 students had access to personal finance courses during the 2021\u20132022 school year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

That\u2019s why we introduced our Intuit Financial Literacy Foundations online course<\/a>, a free-to-access course that teaches the foundations of personal finance through hands-on, real-world applications using Intuit products. Using the TurboTax simulation<\/a>, QuickBooks online resources<\/a>, and Kahoot!<\/a> quizzes, students can learn about paying taxes, investing, budgeting, creating savings, running a small business, and more to power their future financial lives. Hundreds of thousands of students<\/a> across the country are currently using Intuit\u2019s suite of financial literacy tools and resources.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Using AI to enhance our customers\u2019 experience <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We drive artificial intelligence (AI) innovation to help customers solve their most important problems, accelerating personalized AI at scale for more than 100 million consumers and small business customers. As demonstrated through our investment in a robust AI infrastructure<\/a>, recent AI enhancements<\/a> to our Virtual Expert Platform<\/a>, and the launch of Mailchimp\u2019s new Email Content Generator<\/a>, we are committed to customer-driven innovation that makes everything from filing taxes to creating customized marketing email campaigns simpler and more efficient. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
