As a company, we believe that pay equity is fundamental to our diversity and inclusion strategy. Intuit performs an ongoing pay equity analysis that we conduct twice a year with an independent, outside company. We review each job code where we have enough employees and those employees have the same or similar job duties and compensation mix (base pay to incentive ratio). As of August 1, 2020, zero of those job codes had statistically significant differences between employees of different gender or ethnicity.

Transparency in Action
We believe that creating a culture of transparency and trust is essential – and it starts with data.
Intuit shares the company’s latest diversity, equity and inclusion data internally, including workforce demographics and progress on employee belonging and engagement. This enables teams and managers to consciously think about building diversity of teams and make choices to improve the representation of different perspectives, experiences and characteristics. Although we know there is more work to be done, we are proud of the progress that we have made.
Gender Data (2020)
We believe we compare favorably with our peers, and are pleased that roughly half of our CEO staff is comprised of women. By FY’23 our goal is to have 35% of our technology roles filled by women.
Ethnicity Data (2020)
To continue our progress, we have set a goal to increase representation of Black, Latino, and other underrepresented ethnic minorities to 16 percent of our workforce by FY’23 in order to reflect the communities in which we operate and the customers we serve.
