I’m developing the technical skills and capabilities to be a full stack developer, including new programming languages: Javascript, Typescript and React. I’ve also gained experience program solving with my team, collaborating with other teams, and, with mentorship and coaching, I feel supported and able to be successful as I make this career transition.

Intuit was really open and really kind of a trailblazer in the sense of making sure that the company had a culture of continual learning but also a culture of acceptance. Just the fact that the program was actually taking in applicants that didn't have a computer science degree. It meant that they were willing to invest in you, invest in your technical skills, because they believed that you could grow at any point of your career.
