| Three Companies Receive "2002 MRI Right for My Business Application" Award; New Applications to Meet Unique Business Needs in 2003 and Beyond |
| CLEVELAND, Ohio - January 06, 2003 - Property managers worldwide who used the MRI Application Tool Kit in 2002 are ringing in the New Year with new, "Right for My Business" software solutions that better meet the unique needs of their business. MRI Real Estate Solutions has awarded three such clients its "2002 MRI Right for My Business Application" award. The award recognizes innovation and excellence in the development of customized business management solutions. Criteria for selection included the uniqueness of the business challenge and its solution, the benefit delivered to the organization and the proficiency in using the MRI Application Tool Kit. Robson Properties: Streamlined Data Entry Tami Rosson, Robson's systems administrator, created the program after attending a training session sponsored by MRI. "The owner wanted all of his data on one report, and with the Application Tool Kit it was fairly easy to make that happen," she said. Peel Holdings: Customized Reports and Interface "We now have easy access to recovery/service charge data," explained Philip Doyle, information technology manager at the company. "One of the best results is that we now have all accounts payable invoices scanned and accessible from within the MRI application." Tishman Speyer Properties: More Efficient Collections Process "We now have a much more efficient collection process," said Larry Schachter, director of information technology. "Today, we're able to create reports that enable property managers to focus on collections instead of software, while also keeping upper management informed of collection activity."
