Designed specifically to help Mac small business owners work smarter and look sharper, QuickBooks®: Pro 2005 for Mac incorporates customer-driven enhancements designed to address their unique needs and work style. This new release, part of Intuit's continuing commitment to Mac small business owners and the Mac platform, features more customization options and advanced tools to help Mac small business owners quickly and efficiently manage everyday financial management tasks. Defined by customer-driven innovation, QuickBooks: Pro 2005 for Mac continues to be the easiest Mac-based solution for everyday accounting tasks. This new release retains the same familiar and easy-to-use Mac interface of the previous version while offering easier data sharing with Windows users, more customizable forms and new tools to help boost efficiency and accuracy. Customer-Inspired Customization Options San Francisco-based graphic designer Michael Grantham, who has also been a long-time QuickBooks for Mac customer, stopped by the Intuit booth with a business need. The QuickBooks for Mac team turned his need into a solution with a new "tools you'll use" feature in QuickBooks: Pro 2005 for Mac, which allows users to create or select their own unique business image by adding any PDF background to their forms. Customers can choose from professionally designed background images or add their own designs to invoices, statements, sales receipts, purchase orders and estimates. They can also change any of the form fonts, select printed fields or add status stamps to any of these documents. Easily Share Information with Windows Users In addition, this version also features a menu structure that matches QuickBooks for Windows, so it's even easier to get help from a Windows-based accountant.
