Sanket Atal in his role as the Managing Director of Intuit India Development Center plays a strategic role in Intuit’s mission of powering prosperity around the world. He leads a team of over 1000 talented employees who deliver key innovations for products including QuickBooks, TurboTax and Mint that delight millions of small business, self-employed customers and consumers around the world.
He also launched Intuit Circles, Intuit’s first startup program, focused on powering the prosperity of startups and has won awards for his contributions to the startup ecosystem. Intuit is consistently recognized as one of India’s Best Companies to Work for by the Great Place to Work Institute and The Economic Times including the #1 ranking in 2017.
Sanket has a wealth of experience leading and growing global development centers. In his previous role as Group Vice President at Oracle Corporation, in addition to being responsible for the R&D organization he also founded the, Oracle Startup Cloud Accelerator (OSCA) program in Bengaluru and led the expansion to nine centers in seven countries. Prior to this he has led the India Technology Center for CA Technologies in Hyderabad and was also Chief Technology Officer of MakeMyTrip.com, India’s largest online travel company.
Sanket holds an MBA from University of Oregon and an MS in Computer Science from University of Wisconsin, Madison. His undergraduate studies were at Cornell University where he studied Computer Science and Mathematics. His passion for innovation has resulted in him holding multiple patents..
Somnath Baishya is the director and head of human resources at Intuit. A strategic partner with the business, he drives Intuit’s talent charter across the global development centers which include India and Israel among others – the geographies expected to lead Intuit’s next chapter of growth.

A recipient of the coveted Intuit India Leadership Award in 2017, Somnath constantly engages with the employee led communities to coach and build Intuit’s leadership pipeline. As an executive sponsor for the Green community, Somnath is also pushing Intuit’s agenda for a greener and carbon free world. He is also a key member of Intuit’s CSR Committee where he focuses his energy on education and entrepreneurship to drive prosperity and empowerment for the youth. In effect, he has expanded his charter to include the larger ecosystem where he is driving the global outreach to the small business community as part of Intuit Circles our startup connect program, apart from engaging with the industry and academia.
With over 20 years in the HR field, he was featured in the list of the 100 Most Influential Global HR Professionals by the World HRD Congress. He has been on various HR and industry forums like the Conference Board and Best Employers Club Executive Council (GPTW Institute). Having stinted at leading brands such as Tata Motors, Infosys, Nokia and Adobe, Somnath is an alumnus of the IIT and XLRI. He lives in Bangalore with his wife and two children. A prolific writer, he has also been published in several journals and media.
Rahul Goyal is the vice president – product development at Intuit. As the leader of the Consumer Group at Intuit India, Rahul and his team have embraced complete product development ownership of our flagship offerings including Turbotax Desktop (both US and Canada), Mint & One Intuit Content Management System (OICMS) apart from leading critical responsibilities for TurbotaxLive (TTLive), Data Engineering and Operations/site reliability engineering (SRE).

Rahul is leading key initiatives like personal finance live and best in class app which together can amplify our engagement with the customers and grow our user base. In a span of just one year, since Mint’s engineering transition to India in March 2018, Rahul ramped up his team to holistically contribute to all the critical components of the product - from App to personal finance management (PFM) platform and Credit Score services.
By leveraging the wealth of customer data, Rahul has successfully nurtured his business unit to grow into a Data Engineering centre of excellence (CoE) where the team creates consumable insights for business outcomes using a method called pipelines. Holder of 6 patents, Rahul proliferates the passion for engineering excellence by leading various tech communities at Intuit India.
He is a graduate from Bangalore University and a degree holder from the Indian Institute of Management – Bangalore. Before Intuit Rahul was working with Oracle where he held leadership positions. Currently, he lives in Bangalore with his family.
Anshuman Kumar is the director of global corporate brand and communications for Intuit across Intuit’s global markets and development centres with teams across Canada, India and Israel.
With over 19 years in the field marketing and communications, Anshuman’s unique approach to brand experience and employee ambassadorship, makes him a near disruptor in this space. A believer in collective storytelling, he joined Intuit in 2012 and led the charge to help establish Intuit as an employer of choice across global markets by empowering employees to evangelize and amplify Intuit’s culture. This unique employee powered brand storytelling approach helped Intuit rank as the #1 Best Company to Work For by the Great Place to Work Institute in India, and was featured as a case study in organisational transformation by the Harvard Business Review.
As the communications leader for Intuit’s global development centers, Anshuman has replicated similar successes across Australia, Canada and Israel with Intuit featured amongst the Best Companies to work For consistently across these global sites.
Anshuman is also the executive sponsor for Intuit’s start-up connect program, the Intuit Circles. Guided by Intuit’s mission of powering prosperity around the world, through this program, Anshuman along with the Intuit Circles team, engages with the start-up ecosystem sharing Intuit’s design thinking approach and innovation methodologies like – Customer Driven Innovation (CDI) and Design for Delight (D4D), among others, to help start-ups grow and innovate at scale.
Prior to joining Intuit, Anshuman has led brand outreach, internal and external communications for several large Indian companies including The Times Group, Infosys Ltd, and HCL Technologies. A post graduate in marketing management, Anshuman lives in Bangalore with his wife and their daughter.
Aditi leads Intuit’s go to market organisation in India. She is responsible for the growth and success of the QuickBooks offerings in India including QuickBooks Online and soon to be launched QuickBooks Online for Accountants.
She had joined Intuit India as the Head of Sales and within two years in 2018 expanded her role to head marketing portfolio. In 2019, she took over the responsibility of the Country Manager. During her ongoing tenure at Intuit, Aditi has transformed the team, and steered deep customer understanding for the business. In addition to reimagining the India business, Aditi drove significant customer growth year-on-year, creating a strong platform for future success.
A seasoned global sales and business development leader with 21 years of experience, Aditi has an accomplished track record of building businesses and driving expansion into new markets in India and the US. She has set up and scaled sales teams, establishing complex multi-million dollar strategic partnerships and incubating C-level relationships for some of the world’s leading internet and media brands such as Amazon, Google, CBS, CNET and CNBC. Aditi was part of the initial seed team that launched Junglee.com and Amazon.in in India.
She is a strong advocate of building an inspirational culture and nurturing teams to most and best out of people and then rolling up her sleeves to help them succeed; effectively collaborating and driving teams across multiple groups to deliver results.
Saurabh Saxena is the vice president of product development at Intuit. Having been with Intuit for over 12 years now, Saurabh leads some of the company’s flagship products including – QuickBooks (QB) Online Advanced, QB Desktop, QB Enterprise, Point of Sale, and Intuit Market – which together drive close to $2 Billion in revenue for Intuit.
Result oriented and passionate about talent development, he has successfully built a high-performing engineering team focused on innovation and customer obsession powering the success of small businesses globally. Saurabh’s natural penchant for product development led him to embrace product development of the QuickBooks Online Advanced and QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) – where he, along with his team - defines the strategy, vision and roadmap. While the QB Online Advanced is a new offering launched by Intuit to support the mid-market segment by serving high-value customers, the QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) ecosystem has helped drive key business results globally

He has also pioneered the Care Engineering concept at the company. Before joining Intuit, he worked with Intel.
