Drea Rodriguez Miller is the Director of Service Operations and Business Intelligence for the Small Business and Self Employed Group at Intuit. Drea oversees the Analytics, Customer retention, Employee Engagement and System & Process design teams for the Customer Success teams for Intuit’s QuickBooks products. In addition, Drea is responsible for providing deep business insights leveraging speech and text analytics for the QuickBooks organization. Drea is the Global Chair for the Intuit Latino Employee Network, which has active chapters both in the United States and in Europe. Drea has been with Intuit for over 20 years.
Drea received her Bachelors of Business Management from the University of Phoenix in 2006. She holds three US Patents related to continuous improvement and operational efficiency systems and has authored an article published in the Journal of Business Forecasting as well as presented as several conferences on operational continuity and forecasting best practices. Drea recently presented at the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute’s 2020 Tech Summit on Fintech for an Equitable Future.
