Anandhavalli Krishnaswamy is Vice President of product development organization—Monetization Services and Experiences (MSE) at Intuit India. As the engineering leader of MSE, Anandhi leads the team focused on building monetization solutions that power Intuit’s ecosystem growth worldwide. Her organization’s mission is to deliver strategic outcomes across verticals in business growth, compliance and newer product onboarding—to aid commercial innovations across Intuit product lines to bring in significant revenue year-over-year.
As a seasoned engineering leader with over 23+ years of software industry experience, she has multifaceted skills ranging from product development to quality engineering to operations to release management to software configuration management—helping organizations holistically deliver operational and engineering excellence.
Anandhi has a passion for nurturing and building high performing engineering organizations to innovate solutions for business needs. She led teams through transformations across engineering and technology, cost optimization, Customer-Driven Innovation, stack technology shifts in UI, services and DB. She has always been on the forefront of instilling a mindset that change is the only constant to accelerate such paradigm shifts.
Before Intuit, Anandhi worked with Thomson Reuters where she headed the quality engineering division on the online search and content production platform. She also worked with AOL, Symphony and Aztec spearheading the engineering and quality efforts, building organizations from the ground up and driving notable outcomes. She holds an MSc in computer science from Bharathidasan University, Trichy.
