We currently have 15 employee-led ERGs across six countries. These groups add richness to our workplace culture. They offer community and the opportunity to learn from role models, experts, and peers. Our ERGs are voluntary and open to all and they invite our employees to bring their whole selves to work. They also actively volunteer in their communities, which is an important part of their charters.

Our ERGs are employee led, voluntary, open to all and they invite our employees to bring their whole selves to work.

We celebrate Black culture and promote Black joy by creating a safe space for members to connect, thrive and prosper while inspiring Intuit, our community and beyond.

Arab (Israel) Network

The Arab Employee Resource Group (ERG) is dedicated to attracting and nurturing exceptional Arab talent within our organization. We strive to elevate awareness about the contributions and experiences of the Arab community, fostering a deeper understanding among all employees.

Asian Pacific Network

We provide a safe and inclusive environment for our APN members and allies to connect, learn and grow as a community while celebrating diversity at Intuit.

Christian Network

We empower Intuit Christians through connection and celebration while fostering a faith-friendly environment, provide spiritual care benefits, and further signature causes to impact workplace culture.

Indian Network

We cultivate a vibrant and inclusive community that uplifts and empowers Indian employees at Intuit, enabling them to achieve their full potential as professionals and individuals.

Indigenous People's Network

Our strength is in our stories.

HUES and Pride ERGs provided the opportunity for me to ensure the intersection of Black and LGBTQ+ communities were elevated and considered. I was always given the opportunity to advocate for issues unique to my department and to engage in public speaking opportunities. This helped me to build the confidence I needed to work on a high-velocity team, and to also share my story and offer mentorship to others looking to break into tech or engineering.

I am proud to be part of the Pride ERG, before Intuit had an official D&I team we had PRIDE and support. That support has only grown. D&I is truly ingrained in what we do and how we show up as members of the Pride community. More than that though, we have real impact on the lives of employees and the company; beyond even that - through our charitable work, our external outreach and partnership - I truly believe we save lives.

I have been able to do this while feeling supported and encouraged by the amazing people in this community.
