We’re living through a period of massive change. The pandemic accelerated many trends and propelled us into a new era of challenges. The people and communities we serve are experiencing economic volatility, societal inequality, and a growing climate crisis. At Intuit, we embrace these challenges and view them as an opportunity to deliver on our mission to power prosperity around the world.

Job readiness

Many of today’s graduates don’t have the financial or career skills required to be job ready. By bringing real-world tools into classrooms, Intuit's job readiness programs are helping students build skills that empower them to enter adulthood equipped with what they’ll need to manage their money and approach challenges creatively, regardless of their starting place. We’re laying the groundwork to better prepare people for the real world by integrating our programs into classrooms to help students, adult learners, and entrepreneurs develop the finance and career skills they need to succeed.

Positive impact on climate

Intuit has long been focused on making a positive impact on climate, a significant issue that directly affects prosperity. Climate change touches all communities, ecosystems, and businesses, and we continue to feel those effects around the world. Action is needed to reduce emissions, build resilience, and ensure that all communities can prosper in a changing climate. Intuit has been committed to taking meaningful climate action for the past decade. We take a holistic approach to climate and sustainability, driving initiatives both internally within our operational footprint and supply chain, as well as externally in the communities we serve.

Give where you live

Small, local nonprofits understand the challenges of their communities best. Many of these nonprofits rely on donations, in particular on GivingTuesday, to help strengthen their organizations. Yet many people aren’t aware of these vital nonprofits when they look to make donations. Give Where You Live is a program to encourage people to donate to these nonprofits. It’s designed to shine a light on the unsung heroes that are serving diverse populations and are already active within their local communities.
