Q: Who is Intuit Connect for?

Q: I completed my registration for Intuit Connect. As a new attendee, I don't know what I need to do next?

Congratulations on registering for Intuit Connect! Here's what you can expect as it gets closer to the event date. Be on the lookout for upcoming emails that will provide you with information such as, when the full agenda will be released and when to expect the event mobile app to be available to download. In addition, two weeks prior to the event start date, you will also receive a "Know Before You Go" email with details on what you need to do and what you can expect.

Q: Can I attend this event virtually?

Unfortunately, there is not a virtual option. This event is in-person only.

Q: How will my group get their pass?

The purchaser will need to provide email addresses for each person in the group to register. Each invitee must complete the registration form in order to confirm their pass. Group Pass instructions are on your Attendee Profile page. Note: If you purchase a group pass and plan to attend, you need to self-register. Please follow the Distribute Group Pass instructions in your confirmation email or Attendee Profile.

Q: I purchased group passes but when I sign in, I get the registration page?

It looks like you missed a step. Please reach out to support@intuitconnect.com for support.

Q: Can I transfer my pass once it's assigned and is there a fee?

Yes. The person can transfer to another person within the Attendee Portal under their Attendee Profile up until September 25. There is no fee. Should there need to be a cancelation, there is an $80 fee per pass to cancel.

Q: Does Intuit Connect offer group passes?

Yes, Intuit Connect offers a 25% savings when you purchase 2+ passes (maximum quantity 10). At the end of the registration form, on the orders page, there will be an option to select the quantity.

The three-day all-access pass includes CPE-accredited educational programming, keynote sessions, networking opportunities, access to Intuit product experts, select meals, and evening entertainment.

Can I earn CPE credits?

Yes CPE credits will be available throughout the event. All credits will be issued by CPA Academy. More details to come.
