AI is already transforming what’s possible for businesses. It can automate routine tasks, surface financial insights in real time, keep you on top of invoices and cash flow, and simplify your marketing to reach the right customers at the right moment. But for many business owners, knowing where to start, and whether to trust it, is the real challenge.
That’s exactly why we’re bringing the Intuit More with AI Tour beyond the United States for the first time to the UK in partnership with the British Chambers of Commerce (BCC), and to Canada in partnership with the Canadian Federation of Independent Business (CFIB). Six free, half-day workshops are coming to cities across both countries this spring and summer. These workshops are built for all entrepreneurs who are new to AI and want to understand how it actually fits into their day-to-day operations, not just the theory, but the practice.
What Is the More with AI Tour?
The More with AI Tour began in the United States as a collaboration between Intuit and Initiative for a Competitive Inner City (ICIC), designed to demystify AI for small and mid-market business owners, giving them practical, hands-on experience with AI tools and the knowledge to put them to work safely and confidently. Now, we’re expanding that mission internationally.
At Intuit, we believe AI can help level the playing field for small and mid-market businesses, giving them the kind of insights and capabilities that were once only available to much larger competitors.
“Small businesses are the backbone of the UK economy, and ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to thrive in an AI-driven world is a priority for the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce. Partnering with Intuit on the More with AI Tour is a natural extension of our commitment to supporting business owners across the country. These workshops will give entrepreneurs the practical, hands-on experience they need to adopt AI with confidence, not just understand it in theory, but put it to work in their operations from day one.”
— Subrahmaniam Krishnan-Harihara, Director of Business Policy & Research, Greater Manchester British Chamber of Commerce
“Canadian small business owners are eager to understand how AI can help them compete and grow, but they also have real questions about where to start and whether they can trust it. CFIB is proud to partner with Intuit to bring these free, expert-led workshops to cities across Canada this spring and summer. This is exactly the kind of practical, accessible support that independent business owners need as AI continues to reshape the business landscape.”
— Corinne Pohlmann, Executive Vice-President, Advocacy, Canadian Federation of Independent Business
What attendees can expect
Each Tour stop consists of three workshops that are expert-led, interactive, and completely free to attend. You’ll walk away with:
- A better understanding of AI 101, where an expert will break down the basics of AI and how it can drive business growth and productivity. We’ll also introduce you to key AI tools that address business challenges.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools relevant to businesses, including how to build an effective prompt with chatbots, how to generate images, and how to use AI integrated into products, like QuickBooks and Mailchimp.
- Confidence to evaluate how to use AI responsibly. An expert will discuss questions like how to evaluate tools for accuracy and safety when selecting AI for your business.
We know that for SME owners, adopting AI is a trust decision, not just a technology decision. AI can do the work. Humans provide the judgment. Our sessions are designed with this powerful combination in mind. Together, expert-led education and real demonstrations will give attendees more than just inspiration.

“Governments across the globe have set ambitious goals for AI adoption and workforce upskilling, and small and mid-market businesses are central to achieving them. At Intuit, we help businesses thrive in the era of AI by not only building powerful products, but equipping business owners with the knowledge and confidence to use them effectively. These businesses are a driving force of economic growth and innovation, and they deserve education and support as technology evolves. Through our partnerships with BCC and CFIB, we’re bringing that commitment directly to the communities where it matters most.”
— Michael Kennedy, SVP and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, Intuit
With the More with AI Tour, Intuit is bringing policymakers to the table, including Minister Liz Lloyd, whose support signals just how much is at stake for small businesses and the broader economy when it comes to AI adoption.
“Small businesses are the engine of our economy, and ensuring they can harness the power of AI is central to the government’s growth ambitions,” said Liz Lloyd, Minister for Digital Economy. “We know how important it is that businesses of all sizes can access AI tools and training equally, and that’s precisely where targeted support like Intuit’s makes a real difference. As a founding partner of our AI Skills Boost programme, Intuit is helping us deliver on our commitment to equip 10 million people with essential AI skills by 2030 and this Tour is a brilliant example of what that partnership looks like in practice: free, accessible, and built for the people who need it most.”
When government and business owners are aligned around the same goal, that’s when real change happens.
