New QuickBooks and Mailchimp integrations enable businesses to seamlessly manage cash flow, chase overdue invoices, and track marketing campaigns in Perplexity Computer

Today, Intuit and Perplexity announced a strategic partnership to bring the trusted, actionable financial intelligence powering QuickBooks and Mailchimp directly into Perplexity Computer. Together, the companies are empowering millions of Perplexity users to turn AI answers into action with the same financial confidence they expect from QuickBooks and Mailchimp.

This partnership with Perplexity builds on Intuit’s AI-driven expert platform innovation and strategy to meet customers where they are. By extending its platform through new MCP (Model Context Protocol) connectors, Intuit is deepening its relationship with millions of existing customers, and reaching new audiences at the exact point of need by bringing trusted financial intelligence to businesses.

The partnership uses MCP connectors to enable secure access to QuickBooks and Mailchimp within Perplexity Computer workflows for seamless execution of business tasks. This unified, frictionless experience saves businesses valuable time, so they can focus on what matters most: growing their business. Through the power of the Intuit business platform and Perplexity Computer, new capabilities include managing cash flow by following up on overdue invoices, setting up recurring invoices, and sending payment links; managing workforce needs by retrieving payslips and accessing payroll employee information; and improving marketing campaigns by tracking performance and identifying high-impact actions that drive revenue.

When a user authenticates with their existing QuickBooks or Mailchimp account, their data is accessed through Intuit’s trusted platform, using Intuit’s established security, privacy, and compliance controls. This enables secure execution of complex, high-stakes financial insights and actions within their Perplexity Computer interface.

Starting today, the new QuickBooks and Mailchimp experiences are available to users in the U.S. directly within Perplexity Computer: Connect QuickBooks in Perplexity Computer or Connect Mailchimp in Perplexity Computer.
