Intuit Enterprise Suite - ProAdvisor Preferred Pricing Discount: The ProAdvisor Preferred Pricing Discount (“Discount”) is available exclusively to accountants who meet the eligibility criteria below. It applies to the total contract value of your clients’ Intuit Enterprise Suite (“IES”) subscription at the time of purchase and remains valid for the duration of the contract term, subject to any price increase cap stated in their IES contract (the “Term Period”). This Discount does not apply to per-user charges, additional entities or dimensions, or add-ons added after the IES contract is executed, nor does it apply to any other products or services available within the IES platform, including but not limited to payroll, tax filing, CRM, analytics, or third-party applications or integrations. After the Term Period, your client's subscription will automatically renew according to their contract terms, and they will be charged on an annual or monthly basis at the then-current price unless they cancel prior to renewal. To qualify for this Discount, you must (i) have an active QuickBooks Online Accountant or Intuit Accountant Suite account (“Intuit Account”) in good standing and (ii) be enrolled in the QuickBooks ProAdvisor Program. This Discount cannot be combined with other IES offers or promotions. Intuit reserves the right to modify or terminate the Discount at any time and for any reason, in its sole discretion.
