The list is based on employee nominations, and looks for companies that are doing amazing things like giving back to the community, looking after its employees by offering amazing benefits, demonstrating a compassionate culture, and prioritizing a work-life balance. And thanks to our employees and amazing teams helping us implement an incredible workplace culture, we ranked #7. People highlighted our 32 hours of paid time off to volunteer, as well as pet insurance and paid time off whenever a beloved furry friend passes away.
