Each year at Intuit, Customer Success Week gives us a powerful moment to honor and celebrate our incredible Customer Success experts at Intuit who are a critical part of our mission to power prosperity. Combined with AI agents that proactively work to resolve our customers’ issues, our AI-enabled human experts take over when needed to deliver differentiated support that ensures customers achieve confidence and financial success.
Our mission doesn’t stop with the customers we serve. In 2016, we launched our Intuit Prosperity Hubs with a simple belief: talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not. Rapid technological, environmental, and societal shifts were driving growing inequality, leaving many communities behind. This inspired us to create a program that supports job development in underserved communities globally. We deliver this program through in-person customer success centers and virtual work-from-home opportunities, with the goal of sparking economic prosperity and ensuring everyone has a chance to succeed.
Across the U.S., Canada, and the U.K., we’ve combined in-person and virtual roles to reach more people where they live, while also offering resources like financial education, small business support, and skill-building opportunities that extend prosperity beyond the workplace. Intuit Expert Jessica Hearron brings this to life with her experience:
“The great thing about the Prosperity Hub is that it’s not something you have to be born into. This job gives opportunities to people that wouldn’t normally have those opportunities…I came in here, put that work in, and I made a career out of it.”
FY25 was a landmark year for Intuit’s Prosperity Hub program. Since its launch, we have surpassed $1 billion in economic impact, supporting communities where our experts live and work. This milestone is more than just a number; it represents thousands of lives reshaped and communities made stronger. It’s proof that when we invest in people and communities, prosperity multiplies. And this is only the beginning.
Through our Prosperity Hub program, we’ve not only bridged the gap between talent and opportunity, we have demonstrated the tangible difference we can make when we unite to create genuine opportunities that transform people’s lives. But this is just the beginning. Our commitment to powering prosperity is woven into every aspect of this program, and together, we can build a world where everyone has the chance to succeed,” says David Graham, SVP of Intuit Customer Success.
Working with our partners, we created more than 19,125 seasonal and year-round jobs and provided training and resources needed to succeed in FY25. The program’s focus on remote job opportunities has also made a significant difference in military communities and for individuals with varying abilities, laying the groundwork for more communities to have access to jobs and opportunities to thrive.
For example, consider the story of Nina Roach (pictured below), a military spouse who found a stable, flexible career through our virtual work-from-home opportunities. Nina’s husband’s frequent relocations made it difficult for her to maintain a consistent job, but the Prosperity Hub program allowed her to build a career in financial services from anywhere, providing her with the stability and growth she needed.
Empowering the Next Generation
To power prosperity, we believe students must be prepared to succeed in the job market of tomorrow. In FY25, we launched two educational hubs: one in collaboration with Arizona State University and another nearly two thousand miles away at Marshall University.
At ASU, in partnership with Education at Work, students received tuition assistance and hands-on experience in financial services as part of our goal to address the shrinking talent pool in financial services and build a sustainable source of experts. Students worked in flexible, part-time roles in Intuit TurboTax with the potential to earn $5,250 in tuition assistance. Based on job performance, the students have the opportunity to transition into roles in Intuit’s Expert Network upon graduation, which connects tax experts with consumers and small businesses.
Similarly at Marshall University in West Virginia, our partnership with Foundever created an on-campus Prosperity Hub to provide real-world career opportunities for students. Close to 40 students were offered a six-week internship in our Customer Group Product Support team. Our long-term goal is for at least 200 students to secure Expert roles.
Together, these partnerships signal the next chapter for Prosperity Hubs, where we not only create jobs but also build a pipeline of skilled professionals ready to make a difference.
Looking Ahead
While we are very proud of the impact we’ve made so far, our journey is far from over. Building on our strong foundation, we will continue to reimagine Prosperity Hubs as more than just employment centers. Our mission to power prosperity drives us to create a future where every community has the resources and opportunities they need to succeed. We are not just creating jobs; we are strengthening those communities so that local residents can access financial education, small business support, and career pathways that help them thrive.
