We’re also actively looking to fill positions that are fully remote and are partnering with local organizations to attract new talent. Tell me more about the opportunity Positions for individuals with tax and bookkeeping experience are immediately available and are intended to increase a professional’s ability to earn extra income as a remote Intuit employee. To help us reach this goal, we launched our Prosperity Hubs in 2016 to help promote economic prosperity for people and communities in need by creating new jobs, as well as preparing people for jobs of the future and equipping entrepreneurs to start and build successful businesses. “Individuals can gain additional work experience, have access to Intuit employee benefits and set a work schedule that suits them. This can also provide a career path for growth year after year because we are hiring for a wide range of positions.” said Niall O’Rourke, Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Intuit. Intuit partners with each Prosperity Hub city or region to deliver programs through its physical & virtual call centers and through educational institutions, and small business success centers. These jobs, which can often be held virtually, especially benefit people such as military spouses, who must often relocate, veterans, and people with disabilities. Our Prosperity Hubs support seven communities across the U.S. and internationally, including Bluefield (WV), Hazard (KY), Johnstown (PA), Lawton (OK), Morristown (TN) and Wise (VA), as well as Corner Brook (Canada) and Newcastle (United Kingdom). We’re working to extend more opportunities within these communities in need and have already hired over 200 tax professionals this calendar year. We invite eligible individuals to join us in building economic prosperity in their own communities.
