Do Good Work, Get Good Rewards

Attracting and Retaining a Diverse and Inclusive Workforce

We say thanks – a lot. It can be as simple as a gift card, recognition during a team meeting or time-off to do what you want. Our rewards recognize everyone, from the frontlines to senior executives. And the recognition ranges from gift cards to can’t-buy-experiences.

CEO Sales Club

CEO Sales Club is a sales recognition and award program that recognizes top sales talent at Intuit and helps to drive a performance-based culture in Intuit’s sales organization. One of the signature awards of the program is an annual luxury vacation for top performers. Our 2019 event was held in Maui this year.

“Each and every one of these individuals have elevated themselves to the top of their respective class. Through perseverance, commitment (to both the business and our customers) and personal drive, they have received the highest Sales recognition in the organization. I couldn’t be prouder of what each and every one of them has achieved. Please join me in congratulating and celebrating our Canadian colleagues for earning this very impressive distinction. Congrats … you all #MadeItToMaui!” - Martin Fecko

Celebrating Our People

One Big Happy Intuit Family

Our employees are “in-to-it” and are always finding ways to infuse fun in whatever we do. The spirit of celebration permeates our culture. Ask any Intuit employee the top three things they like best about work, and one of them is bound to be “the people.” We just like each other here. You often hear an employee mention their “Intuit family.” Whether our fun get-togethers are organized by dedicated teams or they organically arise from the employees themselves, the spirit of celebration permeates our culture. It’s one of the reasons we were Canada’s #1 Best Workplace in 2019 in the Large and Multinational category!

#1 Best Workplaces in Canada

Reaching the #1 spot a second time around is an OUTSTANDING achievement and one definitely worth celebrating in a big way. The day after learning about the #1 win, it happened to be National Pretzel Day so we of course celebrated with pretzels and beer! A couple days later, our leadership teams handed out Great Place to Work branded ‘Thank You’ candy cards, that also included an invitation to officially celebrate the #1 win. In Mississauga, employees celebrated with a Cinco de Mayo themed party complete with cinco-themed decor, beverages, snacks, churros, music and salsa dancers/lessons! In Edmonton, employees held an offsite celebration.

Raptors Playoff Social

Raptors Playoff Social
“Intuit is like Disneyland. There are teams of people working behind the scenes not just to enable you to do your job, but also to make sure employees are engaged and having fun. For example when the Raptors made the playoffs, we had a silly hour social and talk about the Raptors.” - Anonymous, GPTW Survey October 2019

Black History Month (BHM)

This year, our theme for Black History Month was “Diversity is our Strength” and every Friday in February, our African Ancestry ERG sent out a BHM Digest that featured educational resources around black history, diversity & inclusion as well as highlighted events & activities that helped make Black History Month 2019 a memorable one!
