From non-Intuit solutions: We recognize that moving from another platform isn't one-size-fits-all. You’ll work with our professional services team to determine exactly what data is essential for your new environment. Our goal is to co-create a migration strategy that supports your current workflow and preserves your critical history—all while staying within your budget.

If you’re familiar with QuickBooks Online, you’re already ahead of the curve. Intuit Enterprise Suite shares the same intuitive interface, meaning your team won't need to relearn core workflows. You’ll find the same navigation and settings you're used to, but with powerful, ERP-level capabilities seamlessly integrated into that familiar environment.

Bring over lists and balances: Bring over the framework, but not all of the details. This is a great option for companies that want to make some tweaks or declutter before importing into Intuit Enterprise Suite.

A full team is not required to migrate your business to Intuit Enterprise Suite, and we will support your migration regardless of your team’s size. However, depending on the unique structure of your business and size of your team, it may be appropriate for some or all of the following participate in the migration and onboarding process:

• Executive sponsorship: Provides directional guidance and assesses risks

• Project manager: Oversees all the moving parts while keeping teams on a timeline

• Core cross-functional team: Understands the business process, can speak to any internal issues, and are able to champion this process best. This team may include one or more of the following:
• Power user
• IT
• Finance

• Implementation partner: Develops a rollout plan, including employee training and development, to drive product usage
