It was the site’s first year of participation in the study, which is released annually by the Great Place to Work (GPTW) Institute. It was also Intuit’s third big win in the Asia Pacific region in recent months; in July, Intuit India took the No. 1 spot on India’s Best Companies to Work For list and the No. 2 spot in Australia’s Best Companies to Work for list in August. Intuit Singapore is a unique organization. Serving as the headquarters of the Asia Pacific markets, it lends functional support to the APAC region and is the seat of key APAC functional leadership. It is a significant contributor to our international expansion efforts serving ROW markets such as Hong Kong and the Middle East. The office brings together a mix of cultures and roles, with roughly 40 employees hailing from different parts of the world and covering marketing, sales, operations, analytics, finance, customer care, supply chain and more. Head of APAC Customer Success and site leader for Singapore, Shirin Anne Wan, said, “To be recognized as the #1 Best Place to Work for in Singapore is a huge honor and we are truly humbled — our people make us who we are. This win is a further testament to the innovative and values-driven culture we have built in Singapore. It will undoubtedly allow us to attract top talent from the region and inspire us to continue doing the best work of our lives.” Intuit Singapore is on a winning streak. Last month, the Singapore Customer Success team servicing Rest of World (ROW) customers won four—count them, four!—hotly contested Care awards. And now the Great Place to Work win. All winners were selected for their exemplary success in building and sustaining high-performance workplace cultures that also inspire.
