Written by David Graham Modified Mar 17, 2023 2 min read As I reflect on my first 90 days at Intuit, I am so proud to be a part of the company’s mission to power prosperity around the world. More than 100M people use our ecosystem of financial products —TurboTax, QuickBooks, Mailchimp and Credit Karma — to help them reach their financial goals, and yet many of our customers still want to connect with a real person to help give them the confidence that they’re making the right decision. We believe that everyone should have access to the expertise, tools, and resources they need to take control of their financial lives and pursue their dreams. Intuit has declared 5 core strategies to ensure we stay relentlessly focused on what matters most to our customers – one of which is to “Connect People to Experts.” Through products such as TurboTax Live and QuickBooks Live — we bring experts onto our platform to help customers build confidence in filing their taxes and managing their books. The power of our virtual expert platform allows us to scale the intelligence of our products and elevate experts to advisors to deliver big benefits, connecting our customers to the skills, insights and expert-advice they need to make more confident decisions, while also making it easy to collaborate and complete tasks. The platform also enables us to power prosperity for our experts, many of whom maintain their own practices, with virtual and flexible roles that open doors to new clients they wouldn’t otherwise reach, and access benefits, educational resources and a community of peers to build and grow their careers. But the work of powering prosperity goes beyond our products. We use our products, unique expertise and scale to make a positive impact in underserved communities around the world. In 2016, we created our Prosperity Hub program to spark economic prosperity and we have created thousands of seasonal and year-round remote roles touching more than 900 underserved communities globally. We are committed to investing in people to help them meet the challenges they face, because when people thrive, their communities thrive, and we all prosper. Every day our experts impact the lives of millions of consumers and small businesses. They power prosperity for our customers with empathy, understanding and expertise, putting more money in their pockets, saving them time using our products, and making more confident financial decisions, so our customers can focus on what matters most. You can join our mission to power prosperity around the world. Be sure to check out our careers website to explore Intuit’s expert opportunities.
