Each year, Fortune surveys over 315,000 employees across the country, looking at a wide range of cultural attributes like innovation, people-focused programs, credible and respectful leadership, pride in the work, and camaraderie. This year, Intuit ranked 13th on the list! Not only was Intuit featured in Best Places to Work, but we also were included in additional Fortune lists including: 7th in 50 Best Workplaces for Giving Back in 2018 12th in 45 Best Companies to Work For in the Bay Area 16th in Best Workplaces in Texas 2018 In February, Barron’s released their first-ever list of 100 most sustainable companies in the United States – and Intuit is ranked #4! Ranking is heavily influenced by Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors – qualitative measurements that interest investors and promote a company’s long-term health and growth prospects. One contributing factor to our ranking is Intuit’s commitment to being carbon-neutral. We plan to be 100% powered by renewable energy by 2030. Up north, Intuit Canada once again ranked on Best Workplaces for Women, and in Asia, Intuit was included in Best Multinational Workplaces in Asia 2018. We congratulate our Canadian and Asian teams – and all the other Intuit folks around the globe – for powering prosperity everywhere we touch. Lastly, Intuit was ranked #4 on the Bay Area’s Best Places to Work for 2018 list. Curated by the San Francisco Business Times and Silicon Valley Business Journal, this annual ranking shines light on 130 local companies whose employees rate them as exceptional. This award was exclusively determined by employees, measured by trust in leadership, collaborative culture, personal engagement, and satisfaction of individual needs through great benefits and perks. “Powering prosperity” is not just a phrase. It’s what drives us to come to work each day and make the Intuit experience truly inspiring. Thank you again to all of our dedicated employees!
