iLead Forum

A platform for managers to develop boundaryless leadership, iLEAD enables managers to learn fast by leveraging the power of peer community learning. It employs several techniques e.g. Teachable Points of View (TPOV), panel discussions, workshops, coaching from senior leaders at Intuit as well as outside-in-learning. The platform also provides an opportunity for People managers to network and share their journeys and experiences. 

Intuit Manager Accelerator

A cross-functional, interactive learning experience, this program enables managers to develop the skills, mindset and confidence they need to manage and develop their teams effectively. After managers graduate from Intuit Manager Accelerator, they will join an alumni community where they continue to learn and grow.

Degreed - Intuit's New Learning Platform
