0What is the Intuit Again returnship program?
If you’re a technology professional who has had to take time off for family caregiving or other personal responsibilities, you know that the idea of returning to work can be a challenging, even scary, proposition. But it doesn’t have to be.
The Intuit Again returnship program is designed to be a pathway into a full-time career allowing you to work on a team to refresh your skills and apply your newly learned skills in a supportive, structured 16-week program. The program is supported by a dedicated program team comprising of leaders, program managers and fellow returnees.

When we arrived, everyone in the cohort was in the same boat. We had less confidence and had some doubt about getting back into the workforce. But this program gave us a great boost. Every two weeks we had check-in meetings with someone from the Intuit Again returnship program leadership team or with others in leadership who had also taken a career break.
We were able to meet so many people in leadership, including the CTO. It gave me the feeling that they really wanted to make a difference in our life. It has helped me believe in myself and has given me the confidence that I can provide regular contributions in today’s world. And it was all possible because of the strong mentorship I got.
