In an effort to save customers time and eliminate the need for arduous tasks like data entry, Intuit’s Anu Sreeptahty and Clarence Huang believed that a knowledge graph can quickly and continually pull the data they need into a single place and format. The more data we have, the higher level of personalization we can tailor to our customers’ experiences.

Through a unified customer profile, we connect the dots faster in data sets, and can understand more about our customers’ behaviors.
