The deadline to apply for the 2025 Intuit IDEAS program is 11:59PM PT on July 21, 2025.
Intuit IDEAS, initially launched in Los Angeles and last year expanded to Atlanta and Philadelphia, helps small businesses grow and save time through Intuit’s AI-driven products, services, and experts, coupled with business coaching from the National Urban League and executive coaching from Zella Life. Intuit has worked for small businesses for years and is excited to scale the IDEAS program nationwide.
Application Eligibility
The program is open to registered small businesses operating in one of the nine program cities and military veteran and military spouse owned businesses nationwide with an active customer base and a desire to grow.

Military veteran and/or military spouse entrepreneurs can select this cohort in the application.
Ideal applicants have at least one year in operation.
Smaller teams (1-9 employees) have performed best in the program, but we encourage applications from a range of companies.
Entrepreneurs may submit one application each program cycle.
Nonprofit organizations are not eligible to participate in the Intuit IDEAS program.
All applications must be completed in English.
Late submissions are not accepted. The application form will close automatically when the deadline passes.
Yes! Applicants who aren’t selected are encouraged to reapply in future cycles.
Yes, as long as your business is physically located and operating in an eligible U.S. city or is run by a military veteran or military spouse. Businesses cannot have foreign bank accounts or record transactions in foreign currency or cryptocurrency.
Intuit’s business tax and accounting software is best suited for companies organized differently from C Corporations. S Corporations, Partnerships, and other entities will get the most out of the program.
Entrepreneurs in the nine cities for the 2025 program are encouraged to apply! If you are interested in the program, but are not in one of the nine cities please indicate your interest in the program by joining our mailing list. We will keep you posted on further program expansion.
You do not have to be a current user of Intuit products to apply and be accepted into the Intuit IDEAS program. Selected entrepreneurs will receive product access and training.

Strong applications will show business traction and a desire to grow. These applications will indicate the entrepreneur’s willingness to fully engage in the program.

Additional Program Logistics
Expect 4–6 hours per week during onboarding (first 6–7 weeks) and 2–3 hours per week throughout the 12-month program for workshops, coaching, and business development.
Applicants will be notified in early August 2025.
The program is mainly virtual, with targeted in-person events depending on location and feasibility.
