World-class benefits

We prioritize employee well-being by offering world-class benefits like health insurance, paid vacation, and family support (like reimbursements for adoption-related expenses). Our Well-being for Life Program also reimburses employees for physical, emotional, and financial expenses (up to $1,300 per fiscal year). And our RRSP program matches 125% of an employee’s contribution (up to $10,000 annually).
