An alternative pathway into tech

Intuit's Career Pathways offers a paid, ten-month software development apprenticeship designed to create alternative pathways into the tech sector. No prior technical experience is required. Upon successful completion of the program, apprentices will receive an offer for a full-time role at Intuit

Learning

Through our learn and earn model program, participants get paid to go through a technical learning curriculum.

Training

Upon completing the learning phase, participants graduate into an apprenticeship where they apply their technical knowledge through hands-on training.

Mentoring

Participants are supported through carefully matched mentorship pairings, helping them integrate into Intuit culture and upskill for the future.
